The EcoSport is one of the newest additions to the Ford lineup, as it made its debut in 2018. This year, the 2020 Ford EcoSport comes with a standard Wi-Fi and a few other trim adjustments. All EcoSport models give you superior cargo space, lots of technology, and lots of versatility. With its compact size, the EcoSport is an excellent choice for young drivers, city dwellers, and those with small families.
You can choose from among four trim levels on the 2020 Ford EcoSport including S, SE, SES, and Titanium.
Engine Options
The standard engine on the EcoSport is a 1.0-liter turbocharged EcoBoost® three-cylinder with 123 horsepower and 125 lb-ft of torque. The SES trim comes standard with a stronger 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers 166 horsepower and 149 lb-ft of torque as well as Intelligent 4WD.
When equipped with the base three-cylinder engine, the EcoSport returns an EPA-estimated 27 mpg in the city, 29 mpg on the highway, and 28 mpg combined.* With the 2.0-liter and Intelligent AWD, the EcoSport is still impressively efficient with 29 mpg on the highway and 25 mpg combined.*
Interior Design
The EcoSport offers seating for up to five passengers with comfortable seats all around. The tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel lets you find the ideal driving position. Available features like the automatic climate control, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, heated front seats, and leather upholstery, can help make your ride even more comfortable.
Standard technology features include multiple USB ports, a 4.2-inch central display screen, and Bluetooth® connectivity. The SE trim adds a large 8-inch touchscreen with the SYNC® 3 system, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, and satellite radio. You can also add built-in navigation and a 10-spaker Bang & Olufsen® Play audio system.
Safety
All EcoSport models come standard with a rearview camera, airbags, antilock brakes, and traction and stability control. The SE trim adds rear parking sensors, while the available Convenience package comes with blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert.
